How it works:

Quin and Salesforce work together to:

  • Capture meeting notes by sending a quick message
  • Automatically create follow-up tasks and calendar invites
  • Draft emails and update your CRM without logging in
  • Summarize past meetings and prep for upcoming ones
  • Ask questions like “What did I last say to this client?”
  • Turn photos of handwritten notes or business cards into updates
  • Send updates on the go via text or email

How to connect:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Navigate to the "Integrations" tab
  3. Click "Add Integrations"
  4. Select Salesforce from the list
  5. Follow the authentication prompts to connect your account

Once connected, Quin will automatically keep your contacts in sync with your ongoing conversations and notes.

Examples:

  • You jot down a note like “Spoke to Sarah Chen from Acme Corp about Q3 budget”—Quin pulls Sarah’s info from Salesforce and attaches the note to her record.
  • You ask, “What did I last talk to Daniel Lee about?”—Quin pulls Daniel’s latest activity and contact info from Salesforce in real time.
  • You mention a company name in conversation—Quin finds the matching record in Salesforce and syncs any updates you add.
