Quin offers two main plans to accommodate different your unique needs. All plans include unlimited contacts and full feature access to support you as you grow.

Pricing plans

Quin offers two main plans to accommodate different your unique needs:

  1. Individual Plan:
    • Monthly: $29/month
    • Yearly: $299/year
  2. Team Plan:
    • Monthly: $19/member/month
    • Yearly: $199/member/year

All plans include unlimited contacts and full feature access to support you as you grow.

Adjust your plan

Quin allows you to easily switch between plans. Whether you're upgrading to a team plan or changing your billing frequency, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account Settings in the bottom-left corner of Quin.
  2. Go to the “Billing” tab.
  3. Click "Choose plan" under your preferred option.
  4. For Team plans, specify the number of members.
  5. Select payment frequency (Monthly or Yearly).
  6. Click "Update plan" to confirm.

Update your payment method

Keeping your payment information up-to-date ensures uninterrupted access to Quin's features.

To update your payment method:

  1. Navigate to the Billing section.
  2. Locate the "Payment method" card.
  3. Click "Update payment".
  4. Enter new payment details as prompted.

Your current payment information and next billing date are always visible in the Billing section for easy reference.

Cancel your plan

If you find that you no longer need your Quin account plan, cancelling it is straightforward. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Quin account.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings section located in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Select the Billing tab.
  4. Click on Update Payment to view your subscription.
  5. Click on Cancel Subscription.
  6. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Once you've completed these steps, your account plan will be scheduled for cancellation at the end of your current billing cycle. For any issues during the cancellation process, feel free to reach out to Quin support for assistance.
